Akhmat Tower

It is under construction since the beginning of 2016 and is planned to be finished by 2020. Both the avenue where the tower is being constructed and the building itself are named after Akhmat Kadyrov. The unique architecture is the product of the american designers work, the buildings multifunctionality is the subject of the complex project that includes a combination of the skyline restaurant, museum complex, sightseeing platform, residential complex and offices, while the monitoring systems included in the project are designed by SODIS LAB with the SODIS Building M software complex.

With the use of SODIS LAB SHM the supertall will be controlled in a real time mode as its virtual prototype. Thus, designers/constructors have no chance to make a mistake neither during the construction, nor when the building is operated. Plus, the combination of SHM and business management based on BIM allows the owner to reduce their costs.
