The effectiveness of this technology is based on the ability to track correlations between dissimilar measuring systems (for example, between a system for measuring the slope of a foundation slab and a satellite monitoring system for moving the upper point of a high-rise building) and the ability to set complex logic rules for determining the state of observed structures.
