CEO and Founder of SODIS Lab Andrey Shakhramanyan presented solutions for the digital transformation of the construction industry as part of the joint online event Demo Day organized by the Government of Serbia and The Skolkovo Foundation. Representatives of the Serbian government got interested in the implemented projects of SODIS Lab for transport infrastructure and medical institutions.

10 tech companies took part in the event. The experts were representatives of the Serbian government and leading institutions.

According to Marta Tomovska, Innovation, Tech & Digital Government Executive Advisor and Former Government Minister, the Serbian side is actively looking for projects and startups operating in the sector of digital technologies and GovTech services that can improve the quality of services provided to the citizens.

At the event, Andrey Shakhramanyan presented modern IoT solutions for the construction industry. His presentation was devoted to the features of the SODIS Building M monitoring system, which allows automating the monitoring of the technical condition of buildings.

Another solution presented to the expert committee was the SODIS Building FM digital building management platform, which allows flexible configuration of digital interfaces for building maintenance using digital twins.

Representatives of Serbia were interested in the experience of SODIS Lab in the implementation of construction projects not only for residential and office buildings but also for elements of transport and industrial infrastructure. According to Andrey Shakhramanyan, the company's portfolio of implemented projects includes monitoring and maintenance of bridges, tunnels, and railway infrastructure.

One of the questions of the expert commission concerned projects related to the construction and maintenance of medical institutions. CEO of SODIS Lab noted that the company has experience in creating digital twins and BIM models for hospitals. Now the company is working on the information model of a building for a medical center located in Skolkovo.

At the end of the event, the participants thanked each other for their fruitful work and agreed to continue communication on projects of interest.
