SODIS Lab has implemented a structural health monitoring system (SHM) for the Paveletskaya Plaza. This is a unique underground shopping and entertainment center located near Paveletsky train station in Moscow. The customer was the biggest Turkish construction company Ant Yapi.

The facility has a network of sensors, which includes 16 strain gauges and 25 tiltmeters connected to the online platform SODIS Building M. Sensors are used to monitor the technical condition of elements of building structures.

The project provides for the construction of a landscape park on the Paveletsky railway station square, part of which will be located on the roof of an underground multifunctional complex. A shopping mall will occupy three floors of the building. Parking for 277 cars is expected to be located on the fourth and fifth levels. To move between floors, 10 groups of escalators and 15 elevators will be installed. The main entrance to the mall will be located opposite the Paveletsky railway station.

As of November 2021, the readiness of the facility exceeds 90 %. Ant Yapi company is planning to complete the reconstruction and improvement of Paveletskaya Square by the end of 2021.
